Award-winning actress "Diamond Star" Maricel Soriano has reportedly moved into a new home in North Greenhills, San Juan 2 weeks ago and now a neighbor of former Philippine President Joseph "Erap" Estrada?
An unimpeachable source claimed to this writer that the 47-year-old Maricel Soriano, one of the Philippines' most talented and multi-awarded actresses, has two weeks ago quietly moved into a big but unassuming house in their neighborhood of North Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila.
Maricel Soriano is also now making a comeback at the ABS-CBN television network after three years' absence, by joining the new upcoming primetime teleserye or TV soap drama Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin. Her co-stars will be Gerald Anderson, Cristine Reyes, Diana Zubiri, Rayver Cruz, Tonton Gutierrez and Dina Bonnevie.
North Greenhills is one of the country's most expensive and exclusive gated residential enclaves. Among the subdivision's most famous residents is former Philippine president, action movie actor, former vice-president, former senator, former San Juan City mayor and 2013 Manila mayoralty candidate Joseph "Erap" Ejercito Estrada.
Another prominent resident of North Greenhills is San Juan City's young and hardworking Vice-Mayor Francis Zamora, whose father lawyer-politician Ronaldo "Ronnie" Zamora as well as uncles Manny and Buddy Zamora are all mining billionaires.
The last known residence of Maricel Soriano last year 2011 was Rizal Tower of the posh Rockwell Center, Makati City.

The talented Maricel Soriano used to be a former "Regal baby" starting in the 1980s and contract star of Regal Films matriarch Mother Lily Y. Monteverde, as shown in the old movie posters below.
Even when she has lied low from making movies or TV shows in recent years, Maricel Soriano still continued to appear in commercials or product endorsements due to her over-all positive and wholesome public image.
